Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 30, 2026 · Last Updated: August 23, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of In1Snap, a service operated by Madhurishitha Boddu, a sole proprietorship. By using In1Snap, you agree to these terms.
1. Who Can Use In1Snap
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using In1Snap, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Description of Service
In1Snap provides AI-powered call answering, lead capture, and SMS notification services for home service contractors. When a homeowner contacts a contractor that uses In1Snap, our system handles the interaction seamlessly on the contractor's behalf, capturing lead information and delivering it to the contractor in real time.
3. Contractor Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of In1Snap complies with all applicable laws, including telemarketing and SMS laws in your jurisdiction.
- You must obtain any required consents from homeowners before In1Snap sends SMS messages on your behalf.
4. AI-Assisted Calls and Recording
When a homeowner calls a contractor using In1Snap, the call is answered by an AI voice assistant, not a human. Before the assistant answers, an automated notice states that the call is being recorded. If a caller objects to being recorded, they may say so, and the call should not continue to be recorded past that point.
Demo calls. If you request a demo call from the In1Snap website, In1Snap places an outbound call to the number you provide. That call is made by an AI voice assistant and is recorded. Because you request the call yourself, this is disclosed in writing on the request form, immediately above the button that places the call, rather than spoken at the start of the call. Requesting the call is your consent to both the automated call and the recording. Do not request a demo call to a number you do not control or are not authorized to consent on behalf of.
Contractors are responsible for ensuring their use of In1Snap complies with call-recording consent laws in the states where their business and customers are located, including Florida's two-party (all-party) consent requirement (Fla. Stat. § 934.03) for any Florida-based call.
5. SMS Messaging
In1Snap sends SMS messages in two distinct capacities: on behalf of a contractor, and — for demo requests only — directly from In1Snap. Consent is obtained separately for each, and an opt-out from one does not affect the other.
5.1 Messages sent on behalf of a contractor
These go to homeowners who have contacted that contractor, and cover appointment confirmations, reminders, and job status updates. By using In1Snap:
- Contractors authorize In1Snap to send SMS messages under their business name.
- Consent is captured during the call: the AI assistant asks explicitly whether it may text the number, waits for an actual answer, and records that answer. Silence, an unclear answer, or no answer is treated as no, and no message is sent.
- An opt-out is also honored if a caller tells the AI assistant, out loud on a call, that they don't want to be texted — a recipient does not have to reply to a specific text to opt out.
5.2 Demo summary messages sent by In1Snap
If you request a demo call from the In1Snap website, a notice directly above the request button states that the call is automated and recorded and that you will receive one summary text afterwards. Submitting that form is your agreement to all three. On that basis:
- In1Snap sends you one message, once, after that demo call ends. There is no sequence, no follow-up series, and no further messaging on the basis of that request.
- This message is sent by In1Snap in its own capacity, not on behalf of any contractor, and its content is a summary of the call you just took plus a link to In1Snap's website.
- Only request a demo call to a number you control. Do not submit someone else's number.
- Because a demo call is placed by an AI assistant that cannot record an opt-out mid-call, telling the assistant not to text you during a demo call will not by itself stop this message. Reply STOP to the message to opt out; that is honored immediately and permanently.
5.3 Applying to both
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. An opt-out is recorded and enforced before any further message is sent.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
- In1Snap is not liable for carrier filtering, delivery failures, or charges incurred by message recipients.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use In1Snap to:
- Send unsolicited, deceptive, or harassing messages.
- Impersonate any person or business you are not authorized to represent.
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or any state SMS regulations.
- Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the In1Snap platform.
- Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
7. Fees and Billing
Pricing is disclosed at sign-up and on your account dashboard. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis per the plan you select. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@in1snap.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and technology on the In1Snap platform are owned by In1Snap and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of any content or business data you provide to In1Snap.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
In1Snap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all calls or leads will be captured. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from the actions of contractors or homeowners.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, In1Snap and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to In1Snap in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless In1Snap, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of In1Snap after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
